I've purchased and sold 11 homes over the past 40 years and Wendy is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I am very impressed with her prompt communication, her knowledge of the current real estate market and the particulars of the area in which I was purchasing this property, and some specifics of North Carolina real estate law that I was unaware of. I appreciate Wendy's ability to deal with the "bumps" that tend arise in real estate transactions. She does not sugar coat the facts to try make them more palatable, she finds solutions. When I expressed concerns about certain problems that were revealed in the property inspection she listened to my concerns, discussed them with me, and then went back to the sellers and negotiated an equitable adjustment in price. In addition, this transaction was done remotely. I am in Florida and the property I purchased is in North Carolina, and despite it being a remote transaction it was the smoothest real estate purchase that I've ever done. I can't recommend Wendy highly enough, she is the epitome of a professional. It's very obvious to me that Wendy loves what she does and it was reflected in the ease and quality of this transaction.
