Muffin But The Best... Bakery Style Blueberry Muffins

If you know me, you know I love to bake.  On Sunday mornings muffins are my jam (no pun intended).  Muffins are like an excuse to have a piece of cake for breakfast. For me there is just something very relaxing about making a batch in the morning to start a lazy Sunday. Not that I actually ever really have a lazy Sunday, but it's nice to pretend for a few hours.

This Bakery-Style Blueberry Muffin recipe from Culinary Hill is hands-down my favorite. It comes together quickly (no stand mixer needed), and the results are consistenly fluffy, buttery, and bursting with juicy blueberries.

Topped with a sweet, crumbly streusel, these muffins will blow away your favorite coffee shop. Serve with a cup of coffee, a sunsrise (preferably over the water) and your favorite Sunday morning person. This is what weekends are all about.
